User Agreement
Article 1 – Parties

1.2. Buyer
The internet user who becomes a member of Seoul Secrets at www.seoulsecrets.com (the “member”).
Article 2 – Subject
This Agreement sets out the conditions under which the member may use www.seoulsecrets.com, owned by Seoul Secrets.
Article 3 – Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. When joining www.seoulsecrets.com, the member declares and undertakes that they are over 18, that all personal and other information supplied is legally accurate, and that they will immediately and fully compensate Seoul Secrets for all losses arising from inaccurate information.
3.2. The member may not share the password provided by Seoul Secrets with any other person or organisation. The right to use it belongs solely to the member. Seoul Secrets reserves all compensation and other rights arising from unauthorised use, including responsibility for claims and demands made by third parties or authorities.
3.3. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with applicable legislation when using the website. Any resulting civil and criminal liability for violations belongs entirely and exclusively to the member.
3.4. The member may not use the website to disturb public order, offend public morals, harass others, pursue unlawful purposes or infringe others' intellectual property or copyrights. The member may not engage in activities that prevent or impede others' use of services, including spam, viruses or trojans.
3.5. Ideas and opinions expressed, written or used by members on the website are their personal views and bind only their authors. They have no connection with Seoul Secrets. Seoul Secrets is not responsible for damage suffered by third parties because of members' views, or damage suffered by members because of third parties' views.
3.6. Seoul Secrets is not responsible for unauthorised access to member data or damage to members' software and data. The member accepts in advance not to seek compensation from Seoul Secrets for damage arising from use of the website.
3.7. The member agrees not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. All resulting civil and criminal responsibility belongs to the member.
3.8. A member breaching any provision of this Agreement is personally liable under civil and criminal law and will hold Seoul Secrets free from the legal consequences. If a breach leads to legal proceedings, Seoul Secrets reserves the right to claim compensation for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Seoul Secrets may unilaterally delete membership and the customer's files, documents and information whenever necessary. The member accepts this in advance. Seoul Secrets bears no responsibility in that case.
3.10. The website's software and design belong to Seoul Secrets. Their copyright and other intellectual property rights are protected by applicable law and may not be used, acquired or modified without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on the website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected by intellectual property rights.
3.11. To improve or develop the website and/or comply with legislation, Seoul Secrets may collect information such as the internet service provider's name and IP address, access date and time, pages visited and the address of the website that referred the visitor directly.
3.12. Seoul Secrets may use members' personal information to provide better service, improve products and services, facilitate site use and conduct activities related to users' preferences and interests. Seoul Secrets reserves the right to retain records of members' activity on the website.
3.13. By selecting the consent option during registration authorising Seoul Secrets to send marketing emails concerning special discounts, campaigns, products, services and activities, the BUYER accepts and declares that they permit such emails. Members may unsubscribe by changing their preference through My Account → Membership Information → Update Information, or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email.
3.14. Seoul Secrets may disclose personal information when legally required or where it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal requirements or legal proceedings served on it, or to protect and defend its rights and property.
3.15. Seoul Secrets has taken available precautions to keep the website free of viruses and similar malicious software. Users must provide their own antivirus protection and take the necessary protective measures for complete security. By accessing the website, the member is deemed to accept responsibility for errors in their software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.
3.16. Seoul Secrets reserves the right to change site content, modify or discontinue any service, or delete registered users' information and data at any time.
3.17. Seoul Secrets may amend, update or cancel membership terms at any time without prior notification or warning. Each amended, updated or repealed provision takes effect for all members on publication.
3.18. The parties accept and declare that all Seoul Secrets computer records will constitute the sole, true and exclusive evidence under Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HUMK), and that these records constitute an agreement on evidence.
Article 4 – Rights and Obligations of the Parties
This Agreement remains effective until membership is cancelled by the member or Seoul Secrets. If the member breaches any provision, Seoul Secrets may cancel the membership and terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
Article 5 – Competent Authority
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Agreement.
